10-week Women Survivors of Sexual Abuse
Have you been a victim of sexual assault?
Are you a childhood sexual abuse survivor?
Do you want support in working through the trauma suffered as a result of your sexual abuse?
This group is created for adult women that have survived sexual abuse and trauma. Group Therapy is a way to transform and form new and healthy
insights into the self. Learn to engage while in a peer setting. This enables you to safely confront the disempowerment and disconnection that survivors often experience. As you connect with others you will understand that you are not alone.
Group Therapy serves as a profound and supportive place to form relationships. It is an environment where confidentiality, honesty and safety are the primary hallmarks for creating change. When you begin to feel safe within your soul, you do experience a sense of belonging. The key to recovery is knowing that you have a roadmap that leads you to connection and purpose. Come out of the dark and into the light.
- Myths and perceptions of sexual abuse
- Holding onto the self and communication

Cost: $80/group session and $100 for the initial intake. The cost of the 10-week group is $900, which includes initial intake. I offer the option of sending total payment for the group at once, or weekly payments. If you miss a group session you will still be responsible for payment of the session- this is a commitment to the 10-week group.
There are space limitations. The maximum number of members per group session is 6-8. Once we have met, you will be put into a group. When a group begins, no newcomers are allowed. This is for your sense of safety and confidentiality. The group is what is called a closed group. There are not groups for drop-ins.
If you don’t have an individual therapist before starting the group, you can agree to an individual check-in with me during the duration of the group meetings to discuss any triggers or issues that have aroused you while in the group. To ensure proper regulation and consistency within the group, you are committing to attending all 10 weekly group sessions. In the event you cannot attend due to an emergency, I will allow a “make-up” individual session at my standard fee. Hold yourself accountable to your attendance. It is essential to the group environment to ensure consistent attendance to help support and facilitate safety for yourself and your group members.
